Ember & Bun is a restaurant located at 464 Broadway, Bayonne, NJ 07002, specializing in Halal fusion and fire-grilled cuisine. We reserve the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice. Your continued use of the website following any changes constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.

2. Online Ordering & Pricing

  • Menu & Availability: All menu items (Burgers, Grill Menu, Sides, Drinks) are subject to availability. We pride ourselves on using 100% Halal ingredients, but specific items may occasionally run out of stock.
  • Pricing: All prices are listed in US Dollars (USD) and are subject to change without notice. In the event of a pricing error on our website, we reserve the right to cancel any orders placed at the incorrect price.
  • Order Modifications & Cancellations: Once an online order is placed and confirmed by our kitchen, modifications or cancellations may not be possible. Please contact us immediately at (201) 243-6590 if you need to make urgent changes.

3. Catering Services

  • Booking & Preparation: Catering orders require advanced notice to ensure the highest quality of our premium Halal fusion food. The exact notice period will be discussed during the booking process.
  • Deposits & Cancellations: Large catering events may require a non-refundable deposit to secure the date and cover ingredient costs. Specific cancellation policies for catering will be provided in your individual catering agreement.

4. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, button icons, images, menu descriptions, and software, is the property of Ember & Bun or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable copyright and trademark laws. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute any content without our express written permission.
